Precise Slewing Drive

Depending on feature Precise Slewing Drive are divided into three types:

1.PE Series
Description
It is no doubt to select precision series driving accuracy can be controlled between 0.05°and 0.15°.

Feature
Maximum tracking accuracy can reach above 0.05°by adopting newest technology.
The greatest feature of PE series is to achieve accurate transmission and accurate positioning.

Application
PE horizontal series is widely used to the rotating position of solar power and engineering machinery.
I)   The rotation of parabolic, heliostat, solar dish and concentrating is driven at azimuth and elevation.
II)  Control the rotation of automatic assembly line butt joints
III) Control the rotary table of welding positioner

2.PVE Series
Description
PE is similar to VE series, but accuracy is improved on original basis. The vertical slewing drive can reach this requirement exactly with respect to PV, special welding machine and other fields with higher accuracy

Advantages
I)   Vertical design: the key components and technology is controlled on the basis of common slewing drive, to make sure of high accuracy transmission.
II) The product is adopted hourglass worm enveloped, and with more teeth contact and increased drives torque.
III) It improves the efficiency of power generation and cost saving based on accurate positioning of solar angle.

Application
PVE series are widely used to the rotation position in solar power and engineering machinery.
I)   Used in vertical direction of concentrated photovoltaic system and power generation
II)  Special welding machine

3.PDE Series
Description
Each product from FRB BEARINGS is a masterpiece including PDE series. Accuracy is significantly enhanced on the horizontal and vertical structure basis, so that PDE is widely used on PV, solar tracker, and small satellite tracking.

Feature
I)  Accuracy of this product, which is above 0.05°, is designed to achieve high-precision tracking.
II) The enclosed & combined precision structure simplifies design and reduces cost for customers with integrated design at azimuth and elevation.

Application
PDE series are widely used to the rotation position in solar power.
I)  Dual-axis tracking for PV and photo-thermal system.
II) Small satellite tracking system.
