Depending on feature Enclosed Slewing Drive are divided into four types:
1.SE Series Slewing Drive
Feature
I) FRB Bearings designed it in enclosed to resist wind, rainstorm and other harsh environment, it can working outdoor
II) It can solved the problem of two objects relative rotation.
III) It is the one of the most widely used slewing drive of FRB, has been recognized by the Europe and America market
Application
SE series slewing drive widely used for relative rotation parts of the construction machines and solar tracking systems.
I) The solar tracking system Azimuth & Elevation rotation.
II) Aerial platform Chassis rotation.
III) Drive the arm rotation of the crane truck.
2.VE Series Slewing Drive
Vertical designing is the biggest bright spot of FRB BEARINGS slewing drives ,the Vertical designing main used for the solar tracker system , the special structure simplifies the complex structure of the EPC bracket, Reducing the cost of whole system, the vertical designing is more competitive in the market.
Feature
Vertical enclosed designing with single or double output.
FRB BEARINGS using customized machine program production hourglass worm gear, multi-tooth contacting, transfer high torque to withstand greater load.
Application
VE series slewing drive widely used for relative rotation parts of the solar tracker and. Machine field.
I) The Vertical rotation of single axis Solar PV, Inclined sign axis solar PV CSP, CPV Etc.
II) Welding machine.
3.SDE Series Slewing Drive
The SDE series designing is absorbs the advantages of VE and SE. The Azimuth and Elevation 3D direction rotating at the same time. More details can refer to the tables.
Advantages
I) The azimuth & Elevation combined and enclosed designing can improve the tracking precision and power generation efficiency
II) FRB BEARINGS using combined designing achieved better rigidity, impact resistance stronger, able to withstand the harsh environment of the desert and others
Application
I) SDE series slewing drive widely used for relative rotation parts of the solar tracker.
II) Dual axis tracker of solar PV and solar thermal.
III) Tracker of small satellite.
4.SE-2 Series Slewing Drive
SE-2 Series slewing drives are combined by VE Housing, slewing ring, two hourglass worm and some Matching parts, it achieved 2 times of tooth contacting. In the same volume and installation space, it improved nearly double output torque, greatly improving the product's performance.
Advantages
I) SE-2 Series slewing drive designing with two worms drive at the same time. It is more tooth contacting and double output torque than SE Series.
II) This product has a long history, FRB BEARINGS started production from 2008, and process technology has been very mature
Application
I) SE-2 series slewing drive widely used for relative rotation parts of the construction machines and solar tracking systems.
II) Solar PV and solar thermal tracker horizontal rotation.
III) Driving Digger drilling machine azimuth & Elevation rotation.
